Being mature is not about acting like an adult but thinking like one, Maturity is base on one's ability to make decisions in life, to know right from wrong, to take every challenge in life and overcome it and able to learn from mistakes and grow with each new experience. It is not that simple to call one immature or mature based solemnly on their behaviour. Maturity relates closely to one's mental strength which is not commonly seen or shown. People who have aged isn't necessarily mature but with time comes experience and with experience improves maturity.
